Upon receiving production commands from the central server, operators use the D10R’s built-in front NFC module to log in instantly (supporting both ID and IC cards). The system automatically verifies identity and records labor hours. Using a custom female RS-232 serial port, the D10R connects directly to the hanging system to receive real-time process data, automatically calculating output and task progress, and displaying it clearly on a 700-nit high-brightness screen.

Mounted securely via standard VESA holes, the D10R withstands environmental vibrations. As workers complete tasks based on real-time screen instructions, the hanging system automatically routes materials to the next station.
